Monday     10:00am - Start of Registration check-in for Campers.

<strong>Cancellation Policy:</strong>

Substitutions of campers may be made at any time. Cancellations prior to 15 days before a conference will incur a 50% cancellation charge. Refunds will not be given after this date. Registration is not complete without payment in full. Payment at the door will incur a higher registration fee. Please register with the full intent of attending. All cancellation requests must be received before the 30-day deadline.
